Snug Planet's comprehensive home assessment evaluates your home's insulation, air leakage, mechanical systems, and appliances. One of our experienced building analysts will visit your home or rental property and work with you to improve comfort and save energy. We employ the latest diagnostic technologies and work with you to address your concerns about your building.
The energy audit includes:
- A discussion of your goals and concerns
- A thorough visual inspection
- Diagnostic testing, including a blower door test and infrared scan
- Health + safety inspection
- Comprehensive summary with targeted recommendations.
- Information on Federal tax credits and Home Performance with Energy Star incentives.
The audit typically takes between two and four hours for a single family home, depending on the size and complexity of your structure.
