The energy audit includes examining existing insulation in walls, attics and basements and looking for air leaks and moisture problems.


 

Checking for gas leaks on gas appliances is part of our standard health and safety inspection.

 

We use an infrared camera to scan for leaks in the building's thermal boundary.

 

Air sealing leaky windows and adding storms can dramatically improving window performance.  We also install new windows as needed.
